    No he didnt becuase if he did then the fight would"ve been last March and probably would've had a rematch right now.

    Man only retared PPl believe that 100 mil ****, hes just ****ing around and it gets PPL that hate him really believing that ****. You know, I know. the world knows that nobody is getting a 100 mil for a fight but PPL tend to think he was serious:huh:huh:huh

    The fact of the matters is that Pac turned down the first offer, so Mayweather turned down the 2nd offer. so right now there 1-1, we"ll see who breaks the tie next time around. but you see right after the Mosley fight, Pac still doesnt say anything about Mayweather and they already have another oppenet for him, so it looks like Pac or his team is not ready to fight PBF
