    Duran fought anyone. Floyd doesn't.

    nobody ever thought khan was a cherrypick, he's probably the only legit threat to floyd's undefeated streak, maidana was obviously a cherrypick though

    That is the point.Duran was a real fighter.He fought in 5 decades , fought several ATGs, had over 100 fights, went up to 160 pounds and beat a 6 foot 1 Barkley, still fought good at 168 pounds in his late career.

    In short , you can't compare Duran and Floyd as far as legacy.

    1. Those big 4 had great punching power that they maintained as they moved up in weight.

    2. Those big 4 didn't have a history of bad hand problems.

    Floyd has both those problems. So him winning his fights by out pointing his opponents is understandable. Wouldn't it be pretty damn dumb if he just walked into the ring and engaged in a slugfest with those issues he has.
