ray hatton could have been ref, and his head would still have bounced off the turnbuckle.

His accomplishments alone make him an ATG

Mayweather is a ***** alright but he's the best of my generation

The guys who have been offered up that would beat him are all legends ( Duran etc. )

Im not saying he is better than any of those guys but he is on there level !

I'll back Hatton most days and have respect but no love for Mayweather.

The reffing could have allowed Ricky to be a bit more effective but the end result wasnt going to change , regardless.

Maybe you should be banned with your stupid a$$ comments. Read again your poor mail, it includes no arguments whatsoever. There is no need to answer to this thread if you have it does not have any interest in it. How shall anybody respond to your nonsense?

Bottom line is: Mayweather left unfinished business behind him. He did not fight the best welterweights. That obvously hurts his legacy. You can't deny what is obious to the objective eye. It is not my problem if you can't deal with that.

Well moneymayweather obviously thinks that maywaeather is an ATG, doesn't he ?

He also thinks that mayweather schools cotto, margarito, williams, doesn't he?

Agree, but he would not have been knocked out thats for sure.

Ive always said Cortez was not the reason Hatton lost, but he was the reason Hatton got KTFO.

It is no hater thread. To me, Mayweather is a HOF but no ATG.

Mayweather was not around long enough and left many challenges behind him he did not face. True ATG do not retire at 30 in their prime.

Your arguments are not valid imho beacuse it is all about longivity. Besides, Toney did beat Nunn at 23 and McCAllum at a young age..

Do I undersatnd then that he is not an ATG because he didnt fight Margarito ? Seems a bit Harsh for a guy that stared out at Super feather.

He fought all the best guys on his way up , he may have cherry picked a little bit at Welter but he fought all the best guys of his own size.

Duran has fist full of losses up at the higher weights.

Leonard has a disputed win at middle and the debacle with lalonde and the scales ( plus a few late career defeats ).

Robinson was "only" dominant in two weight classes.

One can always pick holes in a resume.

As I said I feel he's the best of my generation so for me he is All time
