So what point exactly were you trying to make? Judges aren't corruptable? Both GBP and TR use the same judges then, so how do you know both sides haven't made arragements with those same judges before?

How would Arum refusing further negotations, simply because GBP was involved be a complex situation?:huh

:patsch Just go back to the original post I replied to FFS. Next time, start from the beginning. It's like jumping into a conversation midway THINKING You know what's going on. As evident from your posts, you didn't.

 Because I look at the "WHY's" to ****. What if GBP's addition causes problems? Or they decide to try and dictate things they have no reason to with the event? Then Arum is still to blame if that causes it to potentially fizzle? DO you catch my drift yet? :huh

Do you understand WHY I say it's complex now?

I don't even know why *******s are even trying to debate this **** or make excuses for Arum.

The fact of the matter is that Golden Boy Promotions booked May 5th for Mayweather Jr. and they reached out to start negotiations with Top Rank a week or so ago and Top Rank said not right now. Maybe they are negotiating but one thing for sure is that GBP will be part of the promotion.

So you have a problem with people just TALKING about it? There's no reason to get uspet over simply talking about GBP's inclusion in a fight were they do not PROMOTE EITHER GUY. Getting mad at people just talking about it kinda suggests you are too emotioinally invested. :yep

Part of your problem with this WHOLE message board arguing is, you think just discussing something means you are against it. That's becoming a repeating occurrence with you and most other young posters.

I can tell you why, its an easy excuse to use against Floyd if the fight doesnt come off! They will some how just blame Floyd instead of being realistic and looking at the bull**** Arum has done yet again.

If this was such a big deal as Arum and CO. is trying to portray now...why not make it vocal at first?? Arum is coming off more and more like he wants the fight flat line!:verysad

Me as a paying fan...I really dont give a **** on how promoting the fight...just get it done in which Arum is trying his best not to do and its quite sad that some dumbass fans try to excuse and defend this bull**** coming from Bob!

I can understand that, but why wouldn't they be able to dictate things, if they would be acting on behalf of Floyd?

We are ALL just basing our arguments on wheter or not May decides to have GBP in his corner. So let's just end the argument and wait until he actually says wheter he will have GBP involved. Fair?

I along with many others on here find it it close to impossible that Floyd will chose not to involve GBP. (Reasons varying from history, prior agreements, trust, etc...)

You think Floyd will go ahead with the negotations without involving GBP.

We will eventually find out if he decides to use them or not, so we will wait until then to debate.

One last thing, would you agree that Arum is infact a vile piece of ****, and I am not talking soley in regard to these negotations, but in general.

That's really laughable. GBP trying to squeeze into the PAC-Floyd fight. Maybe GBP is planning to put several GBP boxers in the undercard fights.:rofl

Two weeks ago, all the Floyd fanboys were riding JMM's jock BIGTIME. Now they're all up in GBP's panties. :patsch

I guess bandwagoning IS in their nature. :D

    :thumbsup Deal!

As for your question on Arum, I don't know him. But he's not beating up women or raping them. He puts on fights that have made ALL of us fans. Yeah, he'll say and do this that annoyes the **** outta me, but he also puts on good fights. I don't play this "Arum is a boogeyman" or "Arum is a saint" game like so many fanboys do. Arum is nothing but a boxing promoter who says things and acts like a promoter.

After the way the Ortiz fight ended I'm willing to bet that there isn't that much of a friendly relationship between GBP and Mayweather anymore.

This is something to think about. But I think as long as GBP has Alvarez, their #1 guy, they'll throw ortiz under the bus to keep business friendly w/ Mayweather.
