Mayweather is right in having GBP on his side!!

Bob Arum cannot dictate to Mayweather on whether he can use GBP to make this fight.

1. GBP booked May 5 for a possible floyd fight against another GBP fighter. The "little fella" could be Khan, Morales, or Canelo.

2. Only Ellerbe came out and say the little fella was Pacquiao but when Floyd was interviewed about it, he said he doesn't even know anything about it.

3. GBP wanted to negotiate immediately after the JMM-Pac fight. When Arum said he isn't gonna negotiate with GBP or at least not talk about the floyd fight until all possibilities are considered, GBP immediately went on a media blitz AND STATED THEY CAN"T WAIT FOR ARUM AND WOULD BE MOVING ALONG WITH OTHER POSSIBLE FIGHTS FOR FLOYD. MOST SUSPECT IT WOULD BE CANELO. very convenient move for GBP, they want to get rid of top rank and move along right away to a GBP fighter and blame top rank for everything.

4. Floyd has no promotional contract with GBP. ITs clear that Arum does not want to negotiate with GBP and wants to negotiate with floyd directly.

5. FLOYD promotes himself and gets all earnings from his fight. He pays the opponent, he pays himself, pays GBP for the LEGWORK (advertising, promos, etc) and for their share of the opponent's purse. there is a good article from New York Times about this. FLOYD ONLY PAYS GBP FOR THE OPPONENT (HE'S ALWAYS BEEN FIGHTING GBP FIGHTERS SINCE HE LEFT ARUM) AND FOR THE LEGWORK OF PROMOTIONS. THAT'S MEANS A LITTLE BELOW 2 MILLION DOLLARS FOR GBP WHILE FLOYD GETS THE REST OF THE PROFITS. FLOYD PROMOTES HIMSELF

6.TOP RANK AND MAYWEATHER PROMOTIONS WOULD MOST LIKELY CO-PROMOTE THIS FIGHT AND DIVIDE THE PROFITS 50-50. TOP RANK WOULD DO THE PROMOTIONAL LEGWORK (PRESS CONFERENCES, ADVERTS, PROMOS) GBP IS NOT NEEDED ANYMORE. WHY WOULD FLOYD PAY GBP FOR SOMETHING THAT WOULD ONLY BE REDUNDANT?

7. *****S GET YOUR HEAD OFF RICHARD SCHAEFER'S ASS. GBP HAS NO CONTRACT WITH FLOYD AND THEY SURE AIN'T GOT NO CONTRACT WITH PACQUIAO. IT MEANS THEY AIN'T GOT **** TO DO WITH THIS FIGHT.
