He has almost no choice but to fight at least 1 truly elite fighter before he's done due to the obvious ppv flop for this one. Karma is real.

He is just old now. 37. In "boxing years," Floyd is approaching ancient, where great fighters usually are already retired or have come back to score their one random big win as underdog after a string of defeats. Never are they on top of the whole boxing world.

A "shot" Mayweather is still P4P King.

The days of super featherweight were missing years ago. Now he is beyond that. And still dominant.

Did u call that an ass whipping? Look at floyds face after the fight he may have won but he needed some help tonight. Look at the pics of the both fighters after and you tell me honest who really took the beating

If people say pacquiao is past it ? Hes never looked as bad as mayweather has in the last two fights. Even with the ko to marquez i thought he was spanking marquez then got to eager and got sparked thats boxing. At this point in time he would lose to pac or even a khan

Shot? He lost 3 rounds tonight and gave away the 12th. He's still the best and will retire 49-0 or 50-0. Name another fighter at 37 as good as him:deal

Facial damage doesn't mean ****. Pbf damn near shut out canelo and canelo looked fine. You can't use facial damage to say anything you can get a busted lip from one punch or a broken nose from just one log off and learn something about the sport.:patsch

Mayweather is closing in on 38 years old and has compiled a 47-0 record while taking some of the biggest fights there are (minus Pacquiao, which will end up always haunting him).

If that's what shot looks like, every 38 year old all-time great in the history of the sport wants it.

    Lennox.

He beat a straight up great fighter when he was 37 and stopped him.

So what he got dropped? Mayweather was ****ed up after that right and the end of the round. If that was earlier in the round its 46-1

He went into the fight as a 4-1 favourite, calm down.

And I'm the biggest advocate of TKO6 and Lewis > Vitali.

The win only looks good years later.

But at that time, no one said it was that big of a fight.

That Canelo win has the chance of being a serious ATG level victory. It will be crazy depending on what Canelo does from here on out. :deal
