Didn't mayweather agree to pac 10million per pound over penalty demand?

I think he did. So why should mayweather agree to that. It works both ways.

Right...Manny is taking on massive threats, like an aging Sugar Shane, with a potential Cotto II clash at 148 (for Manny's LMW strap), on the horizon, while Floyd is "running scared."

come on man, Its not difficult to believe mayweather clearly ducked him and still is. He totally makes up a roadblock that he never asked for before, this alone tells you that he is not eager on fighting pac because he thinks he is too good now and a threat to his 0, As soon as floyd will see a decline in pac he will want this fight, 2010 was perfect and he ****ed it up big time. I dont know how people can still defend him like that. He is completely silent and never mentions pacquiao except when he releases racist vids from the batcave.
If this was the other way around you would not side with pacquiao on this one.

Pac asking for 10million per pound over penalty could also be seen as a road block. I never heard of such high fees before, have you?

Mayweather asking for 14 day cut off, ain't that much of a road block considering roach had previously said a 7 day cut off is all pac needed. Mayweather gave pac team double that.

Both guys threw up roadblocks. Mayweather agreed to pacs, he didn't ask pac to change the fee to 5million, he flat out agreed. Pac didn't.

Pac then went off to fight clottey, while mayweather team was still waiting around.

Now it's mayweather team who are being bitches.

It was established in the first round of negotiations and mayweather agreed. Didn't try to bring the fee down, he agreed to a 10 mil penalty.

I guess they were affraid he was going to come in bigger like he did vs marquez.
I agree that asking for a 14 day cut off was reasonable, if he eventualy agrees to 7 and floyd says he rather not fight because he didnt have the urge and then makes that video its a bit of a ***** move.
But yes first time he should have accepted it at the 14 day cut off.

I don't really get why they would be afraid. Floyd came in at 146 because he just couldn't make the limit of 144, there was no reason to suggest that he would ever fail to make 147 and if he did he was just have to go off and lose the one pound extra, which means more work for him before the fight. The penalty fee was pointless just as pointless as the random drug testing many fans believe it to be.

I blame floyd a lot for this fight not happening, this guy ego is something else. But we must address that pac has just a big an ego as mayweather. This can no longer be denied.

Manny only 'wants' the fight now he knows he can't get it due to Floyd's family health problems and impending legal issues.

    ****ing midget.

I guess your right on the first part, pac comes across as a very humble man but I think also has a bit of a ego when it comes to negotiations.

no not scared..for the first time he question himself as a boxer if his skills are enough
to beat the pacman. Mayweather knows what he can do in boxing but he is facing an
opponent that can match his and that power punch that annihilates ,so the question of taking steroids came into mind...when self doubt enters..the mind creates imaginary
things to preserve the status of supremacy ,,without competition.

Because as soon as Floyd became a big draw he started believing that "all roads lead to Floyd Mayweather" therefore he would never say that he needs this fight, when in reality he does.

He also stated that Mosley was a fight that didn't make sense and wasn't in an urge to make happen, hence all the threads stating Floyd was ducking Mosley and would never fight him. We all know what happened there.

As long as Floyd doesn't go to prison, and they both win their next fights this fight will happen.
