Thats how much you glorify that win??

I think Pacquiao smashes him. Any decent fighter should be able to smash an opponent 2 divisions lower than him. Surprised he didnt knock him out!? well thats a different thing, JMM is known for having exceptional recuperation.

Hmmn..Pac beat down DLH, took out Hatton in 2...your argument sucks.

One question: why did Floyd have to go looking for a fighter to move up 2 weight-classes to face him at WW (for WW it was since Floyd didn't even care to make the catch-weight of 144lbs) when there were plenty real WWs around in the division that could've faced him (Mosley is just one of them)? No matter how great JMM is, he's no real WW, and it was plain to see in that fight. JMM was slower than usual because he bulked up too much, but he was still the much smaller man.

I'd say he's the best, but not yet the greatest. Skills determine who the best is, resume determines the greatest.

Totally agree. I'm a Mayweather fan but comon... He now needs to step up and fight Mosley and Pac/Cotto. Fighting just Pac isnt enough now. To be honest if he starts handpicking smaller dudes I hope he just goes back into retirement. Fair enough the Marquez fight was a comeback fight but he now needs to fight guys who are actually ****ing Welterweights.

Floyd couldn't dominant DLH or Ricky. To the extent that Manny was able to. You are only choosing to discuss what you want to further your point of view about Floyd. The fact of the matter is Floyd is the best boxer of this era even before this performance which was very good but easy to predict. I knew JMM had little chance to really make this a fight and I was only surprised FLoyd didn't end the fight early as he should have.

So was the gap in performance with Hatton and DLH when PAC dominated vs when Floyd was taken the distance and 10 rounds respectively.

Yo Floyd, I'm really happy for you, I'm a let you finish, but weren't you supposed to face fighters your own size?

Before Mayweather becomes the greatest fighter, he needs to fight the best in the division. He cannot just come back and beat Marquez who's best weight is 130 and maxed at 135. If that is the case then pac is the greatest since he jumped divisions and beat bigger men. See what I mean? PBF is an excellent fighter but before he becomes the greatest he needs to man up and fight the very best in his own division not fighting smaller guys and bringin them up in his own division.

No, JMM had just defeated Juan Diaz and casamayor and was robbed against Pacquiao.
