    He was. He lost it when he retired. While he defeated Mosley when he came back, Mosely was not the lineal champ.

    PAC can be the lineal champ :lol:.

    Whenever Floyd start knocking out heavyweight than he can be the lineal champ because what PAC is doing is equivalent to as if Floyd was knocking out heavyweight :lol:.

    Don't forget that Mosley became the number 1 guys at 147 after beating Margarito. We all know what Floyd did to Mosley. Just going by that and Floyd is the man to beat at 147 at the moment.
