Mayweather/JMM 2 would be a great fight at the twilight of their respective careers.

Who would watch a rematch? The first fight wasn't remotely competitive.

Better but IMO he would have still lost. He might have won 3 rounds against PBF. PBF is just a bad match up for him.

This fight was so one sided the first time, Marquez isn't deserving of a rematch.

MVC wants the two worst opponents possible - Garcia or Marquez

    LOL...wonder why.

they are too old and floyd is still fast on his feet because he is afraid to make exchanges. same result as before with lots of hugging and running to avoid exchanges and cruise to a decision win. unless the undercard is stacked, it will be hard to sell floyd's next fight. outcome is just too predictable, with fans booing the fight and frustrated for lack of entertainment.

I think all he cares about is Floyd winning, not a competitive entertaining fight.

If Floyd were to go toe to toe
Then there would go his precious 0

    The punch that ruined Manny
    Would ruin Floyd as well
And cement Juan's place as an ATG top 10

You thought Pacquiao wasn't competitive, and think Marquez 2 would be competitive. Your thinking is very strange.

Of course the Pac fight wasn't competitive, he won 2 rounds.

Marquez/Mayweather has all the tools for it to be a very competitive fight. Marquez beat Pac 2-3 years back and is more comfortable at 47.

If only Manny and Floyd were closer in weight at the time they could have had a redemption match after Floyd lost the first JLC fight and Manny lost the first JMM fight. Would have been a great way for one of the two to get his career back on track. :hey

Yes, I am aware those fights happened 2 years apart...
