mayweather-marquez never had that highly anticipated 'instant' mega fight buzz like oscar-floyd, hatton-floyd, pac-hatton, etc.

i dont why you joyboys are getting so defensive about this ****. -its not you fault.

floyd is simply NOT the cash king 'face of boxing' in which he self-claims.

so save all the bull**** excuses about pre hbo 24/7, the fight is still a month away, marquez isnt a draw etc, etc.

and be thankfull that they did postpone the fight & save it from turning out to be a dud.

No body trash talks like this. PBF is totally delusional. Speaking of disillusional, why have all of All Hyman's clients lost their minds? Speaking of Al Hyman, doesn't this chick next to Floyd work for Hyman and why is she always around Floyd and Bernard? Is she putting something in their coffee? I remember after Bernard through a big tantrum in that UK factory he rushed into an R.V. parked outside and this same chick was waiting their to console him. :think

Pricey tickets?????? The lower end tickets had been sold out because the common real boxing fan wanted to see this fight.......
JMM-Mayweather lacks the highroller appeal, the corporate appeal that only matchups involving Tyson and DLH would bring....so pricey tickets are going to be a hard sell for those fights....

How much were the high priced seats for Pac-Hatton in comparision to JMM-Mayweather, an educated guess would say that Pac-Hatton higher priced seats were much lower than the seats priced for JMM-Mayweather.

......the bottom line is that like the Pac-Hatton fight, eventually the promotion would make sure that the seats in the arena would be occupied, through lowering the seat prices or giving them out during specific promotions.......

DLH-Forbes had a hard time selling out at HomeDepot center, in DLH's backyard......the ticket sales were so poor that GBP relegated to offering tickets to Companies such as ATT cellular phone Co......and they in turn sold cell phone contracts in exchange for a couple of free tickets to watch DLH-Forbes.....and its all because the tickets were overpriced and the common working man could not afford them.....

Bottom line is that the fact that JMM-Mayweather was'nt selling out their high priced seats, has no relevance what so ever in the amount of PPV buys the fight had the potential of selling, you're absolutely right rayhogan!

You guys over there are spoiled so much. If that fight was over here it would sell out in minutes. Vegas is where the money is though and that's the harsh reality of it for us global fans. Sucks ass though. I'd have bought a ticket for this straight away if it was in that shithole London.

No pure American fighter is selling out over here. Not right now. The NBA finals just went down and Hockey and Baseball its so much other **** going on. Mayweather Marquez is not a mega must be there event. But the PPV #s would do OK. The thing is Mayweather is demanding a monster purse. Like he was fighting a Hatton or ODH and for that to happen the fight has to make that kind of money. I dont see it being possible with Marquez. The pacman fight did not sell out b/c of ****ing Pacman..lol Hatton brings a mob of brits with him and ODH has his fan base.

It's all about that, you either promote yourself or hire Arum to do it for you like he did with the endless delusional Margarito hype and Cotto. That's how this works, if they don't talk trash and step on each other to promote themselves then where's the excitement?, it's all about hype and trash talk otherwise no one will give a ****.

About that woman, I have no idea who she is but she seems to be there for all fights not just Hopkins/Mayweather related. Watch out for her at weigh-ins and press conferences she's always there.

It could be 3,000, I don't really care at this point. All I know is that Mayweather got injured and they're postponing the fight, what someone like Steve Kim says is unreliable to me, the guy is a proven Mayweather hater and a major Margarito ball licker.

This is not good for Floyd in future negotiations w/ Pac. He has no choice but to accept 50-50 or 52-48 (for Pac).
