I say scrap the Cotto and Mosely fights and just fight Mayweather Jr.

It's obvious NO ONE is going to give Pacquaio credit for the wins (IF he wins, which will be VERY difficult against true, powerful and strong WWs like Mosely and Cotto) so what's the point in risking a HUGE fight like the Mayweather Jr - Pac fight?

You know, as talented as Mayweather Jr is he is a total w*nker:

"He wants a 50-50 split. That's never going to happen. If Bob Arum wasn't trying to be so greedy, that fight would happen," Mayweather said. "It still is a business even if it is a sport."

HOW THE F*CK IS A 50-50 SPLIT GREEDY YOU M*THERF*CKER!!

PBF is all talk. He says this but he wants the larger share of the purse which he clearly doesn't deserve. I think he should keep his mouth shut until he's actually had a fight. No one really cares for his ignorant opinion, we're quite happy watching exciting fighters who actually get in the ring.

This is obviously a publicity stunt meant to demean pac-man and make it appear that Manny is afraid of Floyd. .. ultimately this fight won't happen until they can come to a finiacial agreement.

I say the winner gets 60% and the loser gets 40%.... what's so bad about that?

Doesn't this highlight how much of a ***** Floyd Mayweather is? He hasn't fought for a year and a half, after ducking Cotto and Margarito, yet he has the nerve to make assertions about a man who's been coming up through the divisions and thrilling people in the process. The sooner this trash talking chump is humiliated the better. Unlikely though, given that he'll price himself out of fights with people who can beat him.

    Great idea

:twisted:Quite how PBF thinks a 50/50 share of purse is greedy is beyond me. 100% think Floyd is 'buying time' - waiting for Pac and Cotto to take a couple more fights and hopefully become damaged goods before fighting them, this way ensuring being historically the best fighter of his generation.

I suggested this a while back. Floyd's so confident of victory he would see it as guaranteed 60-40 in his favour. This win-bonus percentage should be added to boxing, it provides further incentive and makes difficult negotiations easier.

But Floyd will insist on the weight, gloves etc

He'll insist on everything because he's deluded himself into thinking he's the man. He doesn't realise that most people find him boring to watch, hate his personality and think he's a ducker.

The money part of negotiations will be easier...weight/gloves will never be easy with Mayweather...

The bottom line is Floyd knows he needs to fight Pac but he needs to stack everything in his favour to ensure victory. If I were Roach I wouldnt be sending Pac into any wars and let Floyd come to him.

Except for JMM who is willing to bend over and get ****ed hard in the a$$...

    - Floyd dictates the weight, it's a guessweight anything between 141 to 147

    - Floyd gets $15 million and JMM gets $3.75 million

    - Floyd get 80% of the purse and JMM gets 20%

    - The gloves was not even mentioned...

    - Floyd can easily pay $1 million to step aside for PAC

PBF-JMM is I think the easiest recent PBF fight negotiated...
