Ohhhh word? Well maybe it's because you be letting them down and **** all the time. Beating your wife and ****. Spending your money like some kind of idiot nahhmean. Making friends with a dumb ass dude like 50 cent forreal. Maybe if you did your job more than 1 time a year and wasn't a terrible role model mother****ers would actually care about you son.

I don't think they care about that part.

Sugar Robinson and Leonard, Ali, Frazier, Hagler, Louis, etc were all wifebeaters.

    About Ali punching his wife:

From Sugar Ray Robinson book, Pound for Pound - Muhammad Ali took his wife into the bathroom and beat her.

The reason? His wife's skirt is short.

From Ali's biography The Greatest - When Robinson tried to intervene, Ali shouted "Ray, you ain't nothin' but a middleweight!"

That's some wild ****, but it's different man. The level of awareness is different. Nobody knew about the shady **** joe was doing, and Robinson got the father of the year award and **** when he was active. It was all on the DL. floyd slaps his girl and in about 15 minutes flat the ****'s on twitter, WSHH, Bossip, TMZ whatever man. Plus he's actually goin to court. Real life. The villain persona can sell tickets but maybe it can hurt you too, looks like it has here.

If two guys have similar styles, I generally want the American to win.

He should move to Canada. Look at the love they have for Pascal. He is engaging people can relate to him much like Manny. Floyd is an angry coward that contradicts himself 365 days of the year. Michael Jackson's song Duck In the Mirror fits perfectly.

Americans on the whole are bandwagon jumpers. And considering the ***** brigade on here consist almost exclusively of black guys, I would say Mayweather is a bit off the mark. Black guys seem to be the only ones he has left.

It's not a persona it's who he is. He's a ridiculously immature/ insecure person . Sometimes he exaggerates it to hype his fights, but it's obvious he's like that in real life. People loved Ali / (etc) because of the excitement they produced and their charisma. , Floyd is not particurally exciting and he doesnt' have a likeable personality at all.
