Im not even sure if he can win against the likes of Guzman and Pacquiao at this point in his career let alone Mayweather. Nevertheless, Khan has a bright future and will be a force to reckon with in a year or two.

Assuming that Khan entered welterweight and fought the same as now he is still too inexperienced for Mayweather. He would start out strong and get knocked out. If he fixed the defensive problems he had then I say he's got a shot and by the time he'd be ready Mayweather would have slowed down from age or inactivity.
