I finally managed to watch "Mayweather - Speaking Out" last night. What I found interesting is the part where he said he will call it a day at 37. I could be mistaken but I cannot remember Floyd ever putting an age limit of when he will hang up his gloves. What are people's feelings on this? Do you believe him? Is 37 too late or will the timing be just about right?

    i think he's 35 so....

If he fights twice a year like he says he will do this year....it will be right on time.

List of Oppoents as of right now

    Cotto
    Pac
    Martinez
    Canelo
    Khan

Thats two this year, two next year...then one final Hoo Rah his birthday year...i think he may try to venture to 160 his final hoo rah though.

What's the point of this thread? Money's legacy is already sealed and in tact. Money could retire tomorrow and go down as the greatest prize fighter of all time. Deal with it.

He said he wants to fight 5 times after may 5th so that would be 5 fights in 18 months (21 months - 3 months of being in jail) LOL i call bull****

2 this year, 2 next year, 2 the next year = 37 or 38 years old

I just saw an interview where he says 38, which would give him his usual longer layoffs between them. My guess on opposition would be Cotto, then if he fights again in calendar 2012 it'd be a lesser caliber fighter like an Alexander/Guerrero to get back down to WW, then a big Khan showdown at WW, Alvarez back up at JMW, then finally Martinez or whomever would be would of the top guys at MW.

I believe Mayweather needs to fight Kell Brook to see who's the best at 147, if he doesn't take this fight we could all be left with a huge '?' hanging over boxing
