Nah, he`d have to have AT LEAST 2 fights in a year otherwise it would be a fraudulent award... the only way I see anyone winning fighter of the year with just 1 fight is a Floyd-Pac fight were 1 guy absolutely dominates & looks class apart & no other fighter has anymore than 3 top level dominant wins in that same year..... unlikely.
