He was already an ATG fighter, is he top 5 with this win? No, I have always complained in previous threads that I don't give a **** about Mayweather or Hatton, and that he was picking on a junior welterweight instead of a welterweight like he should of been. Now the stupid ***** is thinking about retirement without fighting guys like Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Williams, Mosley, Kintron or any other top welterweight. I'm not sayinging he should fight all of them, but he obviously has at least three fights left in him, with Cotto being a must.

I honestly would put mayweather BEST EVER if he beat cotto next..

    Ya'll gotta remember..that's undefeated...never lost

    cotto
    zab
    hoya
    hatton
    castillo
    corrales

..5 different weight classes...i mean..as far as around his weight..those ARE the best fighters available and they are all good fighters...retiring undefeated.

U think about the other ATG's...they all have atleast 1 questionable defeat...most of them have more than one...mayweather is doing this and not losing at all.

Atleast top 3 if he does he takes cotto next and beats him...just my opinion. I think if he fights cotto and wins..theres no need to even fight shane mosley. Mayweather has fought and defeated every style of fighting u can think of...

For the dude mentioning those other guys...how many of those guys never lost?

Accomplisment wise, RJJ is still ahead PBF, who has to beat Cotto. Talent wise u just can't put RJJ and PBF in the same sentence.

Floyd already was an ATG fighter, tonight just further cemented it....now if he can be an ATG person from here on out, people might actually remember him that way.

    This is crazy talk.

I concede the fact that Mayweather shined tonight and knocked Hatton the **** out. However, beating a over-rated, over-eager, junior welterweight in prime Hatton certainly doesn't put you into top 5 ever! :scaredas:
