The fight would be in Vegas.

Mayweather can talk about fighting in a big UK arena, but he's not fighting anywhere else other than Vegas.

The biggest fights are in Vegas because they can outbid large arenas, at least in the US. Large arenas like Yankee Stadium, Dodger Stadium, Texas, etc...can't outbid a Vegas casino even with the extra seats because the Vegas tickets (which are already ridiculously expensive) are only part of the money the casino makes. They make an obscene amount of money on the weekend of a big fight from all the gambling, alcohol, and upping their room prices by huge amounts. The MGM also had all those closed circuit places where they were showing Mayweather-Pacquiao and charging a ton there too.

I don't know about Wembley and how much their site fees are, but Mayweather wouldn't go fighting in the UK anyway. He's the draw and a diva.
