garcia is guerrero 2.0, im not sure showtime will revisit that part this soon.

but then again, he kod khan, so maybe they have an angle to sell.

"we tried khan but he isnt available, fortunately we got the guy that kod him" or some sort.

then the whole khan fandom, whatever is left of it, will be like "wtf, let's watch this fight. hope this guy loses, then khan gets the next shot".

then there this garcia fandom, whatever comprises it, "wtf. lets watch this fight. hope danny wins to prove he deserved the fight".

then rest of the boxing fandom, dying breed accdg to many, "wtf, scratches head then proceed to book mark stream for the fight". "for future use!".

then the floyd fandom, like "wtf, i watch floyd fight ellerbe everyday, so?":hi:

also, we dont know the detalis of the contract like how would they split the revenue, who has the final say on opponents and if floyd has an opt out clause, etc.

what is clear is that, floyd's money it appears is guaranteed, with maybe some caveats, though i think they are minor.

also, showtime lost in the guererro fight and recovered more than enough in the canelo fight.

so for now, you can say, on average, showtime is 2-0 with 4 to go.

and putting pac in the 3rd fight is a risky proposition because he can ruin the rest of the fights.

putting pac in the 4th is 50/50, because even if floyd loses, the fight can pretty much cover no.5 and no.6.

putting pac fight at at the last fight has drawback has well because even if floyd wins, the fight itself maybe not even half than if the fight is at no.4 which is late 2014.

everything has be put in their proper perspective and what fight at what time will they make the most return.

but that is just the business part.

but this is boxing so obviously, there is the sport part, where fans expect to see the best fight the best.

business part maybe alright, but there is also floyd's "0" that he may want to protect and to him is more valuable than all the money he can get the duration of the contract.

so he might opt not to fight pac the rest of his contractif he feels there is a great risk of him losing, which is shared by many fans, including me.

I don't think he'll fight Manny not out of fear but to make sure that he isn't putting any PPV money in Arum's pockets. Why would he?

Mayweather doesn't even have to fight 4 more times, it's a set amount that CBS will be willing to cover, and every fight will be held in Vegas.
