    ....good, consistent, combination punching.

That's the single biggest reason why Floyd can't win. Should he ever find the courage to face Manny.

No it isn't. It's just maybe the only real flaw in floyd's game so your choosing it to suit your argument.

Floyd is going to win 9 rounds to 3.

Cotto was doing just fine when he picked and placed his punches. Its when he tried to trade with Pac that he got into trouble.

Pacs biggest weakness is the jab followed by the straight right. Floyds best punch.

Incorrect. I succesfully identified that the biggest issue in the Cotto/Pac fight would be Cotto's weak defense.

People accused me of the same thing you're accusing me of.

Combination punching is how Morales beat Pacquaio. Its why Marquez gave him so many problems.

Floyd's pot-shots from range are not going to be enough to win a UD against fighter who out throwing you by about 10:1.

The Problem with your argument is that Barrera and Cotto are both good combinatoin punchers in their own right.

Pacquio has a problem with good counterpunchers who work behind the jab. This along with Floyd's athletic ability and physical strength in the clinch is going to negate alot of Pac's punch output.

Morales and Marquez got into trouble when they became overly offensive. Morales best punch in the 1st fight was the jab followed by the lead right, he couldnt miss with his lead right, even employed the same stance Floyd uses when he knows his opponent cant deal with his right hand. Everything else was just his warrior mentality taking over.

I see both of your points. Can Floyd effectively counter punch amids a flurry of punches by Manny? Manny proved his chin against Coto. Can Manny neutralize Floyd's shoulder roll and defensive jabs? Man this is what makes this fight interesting and exciting. Two skilled fighters on opposite ends. Make this fight happen FFS.

I think Floyd is very capable of doing that, if he needs to. However, I don't think that is what he needs to do to beat Pacquiao.

Floyds superior timing is what is going to win it for him. He don't need to throw volume punches, just keep the proper distance with his better footwork and catch Pac trying to come in. Floyd has a ridiculous arm length advantage.

I think it will be a boring fight were the same thing will be happening round after round, Floyd just staying out waiting and countering as pac charges in.

Exactly. There is no other fighter who has those 2 attributes out there other than PBF. Well to that level anyways.

Pac is in trouble in this one and i think They are just going to weasle themselves out of this. I honestly dont think its Pac either its his team that dont want the fight.
