floyd's ducking has been overrated.

he fought the best at 130 and 135. castillo and corrales.

he didn't do much at 140 but he tried to get a fight made with both kostya and cotto. cotto turned it down and kostya losing to hatton screwed it up.

it wasn't 'til floyd became big money (post delahoya/hatton) that he became more calculated.

only thing you can criticize floyd about is retiring when he did.

Man learn the history of the sport and fighters before you start talking BS. Chico was rated Higher p4p (like 5 to PBF 7 at the time) and PBF was the underdog going into the fight. Actually, PBF, Hatton and Zu where in a strange dance at the time and Hatton and Zu made more sense financially. In other words Uncle Bob would not give him Cotto and could not make Hatton, or Zu . . . no wonder he left TR.

PBF fought Baldy nov 2006, SSM fought Vargas in July of that year and dropped back down in feb 2007 AFTER the fight and Cotto fought his first fight @WW in December after the Baldy fight. Its really not that hard to look up you really should have done that before you started typing
