Mayweather: Lomachenko Vs. Davis Not Happening Anytime Soon!

Floyd didn't sweat Canelo for no fight. Oscar and his team sweated Floyd and everybody was saying that Floyd was ducking Canelo. Had them fools believing that and they kept calling Floyd and they got what they were looking for, only it wasn't what they wanted.

 

No you kill yourself the last time I checked 2009 when the first negotiations were held it was before 2015 dummy. The fact is when these two fighters were closest to their primes Pac didn't want the fight because of testing Roach admitted it was their fault and they went off to fight Clottey a fight no one asked for I might add. Your spin and myths and hate don't stand up to facts. Pac is the blame the fight didn't take place when it was first talked about.

 

Come on with that yak. You are contradicting yourself. You just said that Canelo was green and he was a champion also. I can understand that, he never should have fought Floyd because as you know, there are levels to this boxing. Davis is not on Loma's level at the moment and Floyd knows that but he will be and he knows that too.

Both Garcia and Crawford are champions. Why doesn't Lomachenko go see them?

 

Davis isn't ready for someone as experienced as Lomachenko. He's better off getting at least 4 or 5 more fights under his belt before considering taking on someone as talented as Loma. At that juncture though, i don't think Loma will be campaigning at 130 lbs.

 

No other champions have come to the table so what then is the problem? Garcia and Crawford are waiting...

 

Too many Boxers getting rushed through to the big money fights, If Floyd promotes a talented young guy at the age of 22 then there is plenty of time, he is still learning lots from every fight and every training camp.

But then his boy Davis is holding a world title. What is that saying? I thought it was "im the king of this division" which is completely different to not rushing a young fighter. Its like Canelo holding the Middleweight title but refusing to fight Middleweights or even at the Middleweight limit. If your not a Middleweight what you doing with that belt? If your not fully developed and opposition will be chosen carefully what you doing with that belt?

 

This fights better with more development from Davis. As people like to say: who has he beaten?

 

Hes ok with contradicting himself if it suits his agenda. Less than a month ago he made a thread saying canelo was too greem and floyd shouldnt get too much credit but apparently davis is just fine and should be thrown out there.
