As moronic as you normally are, you have a point here. It's easy to say as a fan that if you were a boxer you would go balls out to fight the best eachand every fight - but the reality for most people that actually get in the ring isn't like that. Having said that, you can interpret your points as saying "Floyd is afraid that he could take a beating, so he's right to take easier fights to accumulate his wealth further". I'm not sure you should be thinking that way as a fan of the sport, unless you support the fighter more than the sport.

As a fan I don't have anything to be worried about. I'm enjoying the show. If he succeeds, great. If he fails, I'm not losing any sleep. I'm in a win-win situation. I figure if Tyson can still have a large fan base after being convicted of **** and found guilty of beating a woman, it'd be easy for Floyd to recover.
