Mayweather losing to Pacquiao would be the worst thing that can happen to his career, Floyd and would be embarrassed forever. Floyd would not only tarnish his invincible legacy as a boxer, but his career would be, ridiculed imagine losing to the guy who you talked down to for 5 years?

Him losing would confirm that what everyone has been saying that he has never taken a tough fight.

People would ask could Floyd have truly beaten Erik Morales, mago, bareera? It would ruin Floyd’s untouchable reputation no doubt this is a irrefutable fact that no one can deny Floyd will be the butt of all jokes in boxing.

This is a win win situation for pac in reality.:yep

As a Pac fan, I'd go this route. Pacs legacy is tarnished after the marquez ko and itll be further tarnished may 2. But he's done well for himself though career wise. Tarnished is a bad word.

If floyd lose to a pac version that he fought "at the right time" and what he thought is "a declined pac version", it means floyd was overhyped.

Does that mean Moonves can force him to fight GGG? (serious question)

He should bloody well have to given the obscene money Showtime paid him
