You know that Mayweather likes to play psychological games, even fans of Mayweather knows a good majority of the time he's got angling for something and 9 times out 10 it's for the Pretty One's benefit nobody elses. Vargas ain't **** and he hasn't done anything significant for a while. If the Pretty One was even trying to be remotely legit he would have said Bradley or hell Berto who just one.

Khan needs to fight Mike Jones if he wants to really up his resume. Mike Jones is the man thats getting ducked by everybody thats callling out Mayweather and trying to get that big payday. That WW division is loaded with talent. If one welter cleaned up all the compitition and then called out Floyd I would most certainly root for that guys shot at the money.:bbb:bbb:bbb

 

Khan is not a cherrypick, but he should fight Pac, it's getting beyond ridiculous now.

 

Thoughts.
Putting Jesse Vargas in with Amir Khan will give Vargas a lot of exposer. The most likely result is that Khan wins, but what if Vargas wins or even winds up with a draw? Either way that is a huge feather in the cap for Vargas. Maybe Mayweather knows something that we don't.
Should Khan win as expected. Mayweather/Khan should not surprise anyone.
First of all Pacquiao is not likely to ever agree to fight Mayweather. He can make a lot of money and protect his repuation that he needs now that he has entered polliticts by not fighting Mayweather.
There are tougher fights for Mayweather than Khan. Martinez comes to mind. Khan is more marketable than Martinez and just about anyone else that Mayweather can conciveably face who is not Pacquiao.
Personaly I would rather see Mayweather fight Martinez in a fight at 154. Martinez would be Mayweather's toughest chalange this includes Pacquiao.

Who cares about Vargas??? The man hasn't done anything lately... I was talking about Kahn as a future opponent for Mayweather. Mayweather brought up his "plan" (snicker) on what Kahn should do to be WORTHY to step in the ring with the Pretty One. How would Kahn BEATING up on Vargas prove that?

I was saying if Mayweather was true to his WORD he would of suggested a more worthy opponent. Bradley and Berto are both champions. What does Vargas bring to the table? Nothing... That is why Mayweather being the "tactician" in all his endeavors, not just the ring, I don't take him at his word... :smoke

 

He always have a good reason. If Khan would agree to this is demand and wins the fight, Mayweather would find another way to escape from the challenge. He will put his PASS THE TEST record once again. Floyd is a ***** plain and simple. He is a cancer to boxing and I'm starting to get tired with his ducking. Maybe I am dreaming but I really hope Ortiz knocks the **** him out.
