Mayweather" manny pacquiao will not get 50/50!!"

Well I've stated on numerous occasions...if Mayweather Mosley produced just 1 more PPV buy than Pacquiao Clottey. Mayweather would have asked for more of the split, mainly to just get in Pacquiao's head...but I didn't expect so many people to agree with him.

 

Prior to the mosley fight, actually pac had generated more ppv sales than floyd.

 

It also done more than Pacquiao vs De La Hoya, the supposed PPV king at the time and what Pacquiao did with Cotto, a man that Roach said would draw trice as much money than Mosley as their reason for turning down the fight.

Lets not pretend it's all over what Pac did with Clottey because you know that's bollocks.

 

I used to post on Boxing News before this...you could have at least picked an unbiased writer.

 

It was fine in the first round of negotiations because pac actually trumped mayweather with his cotto fight against mayweather's fight against marquez. But what mayweather's team did was flip it and said we did more with marquez in one fight than you ever did with him in 2 fights. Which was quite a smart ploy. 50/50 was said to be fair.

Once pac chose to fight clottey instead and did 700k and mayweather would fight the dangerous mosley and do 1.4 it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out that 50/50 was off the table considering mayweather just doubled pac's recent buys.

It just business. I don't even think it anything personal.

 

pac drew more PPV buys against cotto than floyd against jmm but pac still agreed for a 50-50 split even if floyd had just 1 fight in the last 2 years. floyd was lucky to get 50-50 the first time. it was not discussed much because of floyd's blood testing demands. now that pac agreed to floyd's terms, floyd is now moving the goal post again.

 

Most people picked pacquiao to lose. That fight wasn't taken as seriously as floyd vs may.

Everyone said manny was too small and it was a going away present to DLH.

This fight is old news.

Floyd is not giving him a shot at the title unless Pac agrees to be tested for PEDs. At the minute there is no real test and so he can fight with a big advantage over Floyd. People have pointed out that Floyd uses drugs that make his performance better, and this is true, but Manny is free to take it too, so you have a level playing field.

Manny himself admits he does not know what is in his body.

The fight will not happen and is very, very old news.

Lets look for old interviews from Floyd and discuss what he says in those old interviews in the context of what is happening now.

Seeing as though we aren't hearing much from both camps this can give us something to talk about in the mean time.

You guys are acting like there isn't a huge promotional machine for every floyd fight. Pac clottey got a "road to dallas" and during the weigh in they put his name as "cotto: 147"

It takes 2 people to make a big fight. Pac and floyd are the only two who can do this.

 

it is clear that floyd's demands are making this fight hard to deal. why do his fans would rather floyd earn more than seeing this fight? we must all pressure floyd to get back to 50/50 and not pampering him more. i know you guy loves floyd to your bones, but as boxing fans, the fight must happen first. enough with this floyd bullshits.
