Seen a short interview on SSN earlier, and he was angled away from the camera, underneath his right eye looked like a mark/bruise? Interesting if so. I don't know if you can see it on this video (only just started watching it myself) looks like it was media day.... =[yt]?v=Ao1za8F6EA8[/yt]
Right you guys are so small minded, YDKSAB. It might be accidental. It might not even be in the gym. 1) He was marked up against Cotto, we've never seen Mayweather marked up like that as the defensive genius that he is (OK he tried to make the fight exciting) 2) Its the right eye. Guerrero is a southpaw with a big straight left. Floyd has shown a weakness against lefties, is this a result of lefties in the gym? Fighters get bruised all the time, but Mayweather has shown virtually no facial damage all his career. Is this a sign of him making more mistakes, is this a sign that he is slowing down? Another thing I picked up during the mit-session, was body shots, is this where they think they can end the Guerrero fight? An unexpected body shot as Guerrero rushes in?
Mayweather is getting hit more, Mayweather was virtually impossible to hit clean, Mosley connected. Cotto got through, and Guerrero will bring it. I'm not convinced Mayweather is slowing down, I asked this question before, but is this a sign that he is making more mistakes, or is it a sign that he is trying to commit more and make an exciting fight?
