Look, hanger-ons is hardly a Black issue. Hell they even have their own show now called entourage. I read Duran had an army of worshipers he partied with whenever he wasnt training. But I agree with you its never something you like to see around the athletes we follow.

But it still has nothing to do with the point the other poster was making.

 

I thought Floyd crossed the line when he was goofing on JMM's **** drinking. He called Marquez stupid and it all seemed very mean spirited. Floyd doesn't understand that JMM comes from a different cultural background and you have to respect that.

My problem with the show is that it does NOT give you any insight about the fight. It mostly tries to be funny stuff happening or fighters helping out the homeless or playing video games. The sparring sessions are not shown, they don't comment on how training is going, they don't talk about strategy or exercises...the whole show is a fluff piece about personality...and it's getting boring. We've all seen Floyd acting crazy, we've seen where Manny lives, we've seen that Roger is sort of a dumb ass... like i said before, maybe this stuff is new to people who have never watched a 24/7 before... but for us the act is stale.

 

No, we're talking about Cotto being knocked out by Margarito. AM drank **** before he fought Cotto.

Of course Mayweather was a little ignorant about the pissy woo woo situation but thats about it. But they animals? The kids playing and dancing are animals? I think its cool to see Mayweather has a normal everyday family. I dont know why he needs armored trucks and all that security but what the **** animals? I really think the **** drinking shook mayweather up a little bit. Mayweather feeds off of the negativity you can see him when he is running... that **** motivates him.
