Mayweather-Marquez has all the making's of a Boring ass fight.

People that don't understand what's going on, don't understand movement, speed, counters, feints and so on are the ones who usually find it boring.

Oh well, at least it is a May/Marq thread instead of a May/Pac thread. Most think so little of Marquez's chances in this fight they are over looking it completely.

 

Floyds inactivity could well go against him, rusty in the text book dept but it wont be boring, Jmm is a rite tasty b`stard and 1 of the best around. This will be a top fight imo.

 

I think at the end of the day if Marquez' jab was one of his great weapons then people would be giving him alot more chances but fact is that it isn't. Right hand, uppercuts, left hook are all punches that he throws better than the jab

 

That's because most are stupid, only recently they made the same mistake with DLH/Pacquiao based on size. With ability/skills anything is possible and I consider Marquez is a serious tough fight, he isn't P4P#2 for nothing.

 

The two most intelligent fighters in world are fighting eachother I think if you enjoy boxing in a boxing fight it will be a great fight- I don't know im excited about watching it.

JMM/Casa was also suppossed to be a boring fight.

JMM/PBF is going to have a lot of ebb N flow. Marquez does not have the strength to out-muscle Mayweather therefore you will see a lot of back and forth action.

I see Floyd trying to test JMM's strength early in the fight and the tone for the rest of the fight will be set according to how he gages the situation.

Both FLoyd and Marquez feel they have a lot prove as the winner will be considered by a lot of people as the best pound for pound fighter. So don't expect either one of them to try and coast through this fight.

 

the "boring" aspect really depends on floyd. hopefully he wont be on the defensive (playing it safe) pot shotting all nite and actually put some combinations together.

this fight has the potential to be one of floyds greatest highlight reels..

does anyone think that during some part of the fight that floyd will trade with marquez?

 

He will deffo trade at some point considering his size and strength advantage
