Mayweather-Martinez would be more intriguing....

    ....than Mayweather-Pacquaio. We all know that Mayweather will beat Pacquaio. What we don't know is whether Mayweather can beat Martinez. As a boxing fan, i would much rather shell out the bucks for this fight. Martinez would sign for this fight in a heartbeat and would do OST between rounds if necessary. What do you say?

    sure he would he is a middleweight. 2 weight classes bigger than Floyd which is why the fight is not happening.

    I prefer this also. I don't want to hear the whining Pacfags cry about Floyd waiting for Pac to slow down

    Ahh, but Martinez has said he would come down to 150 if necessary and mayweather did fight DLH at 154 before so weight isn't an issue.

    I.always.thought.Floyd.would.beat.Manny.but.I've.now.gone.back.and.forth.on.Martinez.a.few.times.

    Definitely.more.interesting.but.the.thing.is.that.the.Pacweather.fight.is.one.that.SHOULD.be.made.no.matter.the.odds.

    Neither.guy.is.in.even.the.remotest.way.obligated.to.face.Martinez.
    Yet,if.things.were.straight-up,no.corruption,no.****y.negotiations,.there'd.be.no.way.for.a.champ.to.become.champ.or.stay.champ.at.welterweight,without.Pacweather.happening.
    Pacweather,by.all.conceivable.rights.SHOULD.have.been.and.SHOULD.BE.made..I.can't.say.that.about.Floyd/Martinez.Though.I.agree.that.it's.the.more.intereesting.

    I Love it!!! Not the FMJ vs Martinz fight...But the Beautiful sight of Pacquiao Fans seeing this thing called REALITY!!! They have been quiet as **** and some have comletely disappeared. I think we actually found out who are the "Real boxing Fans".

    wrong weight is an issue. Mayweather fought oscar at 154 because Oscar was the draw. Now Floyd is the draw. Who the hell goes up in weight when they are the draw? It is an issue.

    I want to see the Pac fight. Sure Floyd looks like he will beat him but I still want to see it. It is always better to have the fight then to say we know for certain the outcome.

    Draw has nothing to do with it. Floyd has shown he can fight at 154 effectively before so he should have no problem doing it again.

    As a boxing fan, i could care less about which boxer has more "draw", i want to see 2 fighters in reasonably healthy condition going at it. I guess you guys don't.

    Try stop typing like a spastic and maybe you will see I am simply saying that Mayweather-Martinez is much more intriguing than Mayweather-Pacquaio, draw or no draw. 154 is perfect for both fighters as both have fought at that weight before. Who cares about which fighter has more "pull" or stupid **** like that? Lets get them in and have them fight.
