    Why did bob arum say pacquiao was fine & pacquiao didn't have any surgery, he just had his shoulder inspected.

    I had it 7-5 and yes it was a close fight, just because Manny didn't fight the typical Manny fight didn't mean he didn't have his fair share of success, the real story here should be just how close a lot of those rounds were against a one armed inhibited Manny which is very real not some made up story, I don't believe in conspiracy theories. The match was close why else dp you think his father yelled at him, and for the last 4 rounds he fought a hyper defensive unwilling to engage fight.

    judging by Farhood's scorecards for Vasquez-Fortuna and Khan-Algieri he lost all credibility in my book. I said Floyd won you lunatic, but not by that much.

    No I am not beating my chest about anything. And I challenge you to find a single instance of me calling this fight a schooling. 9-3 fights come in many different shapes and sizes. Lots of people had Lennox/Holy I 9-3 for Lennox and that was 10 times as one sided a 9-3 fight as Floyd/Pac was. But I won't go so far as to call a fight competitive when I feel one guy needs a KD or KO that never looked likely to win on my card for the better part of the 2nd half of the fight. I had it 8-4 on fight night hoping Pac would win, watched it twice more and scored it 9-3 both times. There were some close rounds. I scored it 9-3 Floyd. Just like you saw close rounds in Khan/Algieri and scored it 7-5 Algieri when you could have had it 8-4 Khan if you gave him all the close rounds.

    That is completely different from you saying he didn't have surgery. Also, Arum never denied the injury. He said Pac went in fine and came out worse. Just as Roach said, he went in with a small tear came out with a larger tear.

    Also, Pacquiao undoubtedly had surgery. Do you need me to show the pics of him lying half unconscious in the hospital bed? He's coming to America in a few days to begin the long and strenuous rehab.

    All the posts I make on the subject of the scoring of this fight are in equal parts for a laugh and in protest of the 20 threads a day I see complaining about a fight being very close or a robbery that I just couldn't see that way. And I do the same with other similar fights if you didn't notice. Most recently Dirrell-DeGale when a few lost souls cried robbery. And for the record, you will find me criticizing and defending both Manny and Floyd equally when I feel they're being subjected to criticism I deem unfair or heralded for things that do not deserve such acclaim in my eyes.

    I think we all like to have a bit of fun with fights and fighters we see this way. I seem to remember bumping into you on a lot of Danny Garcia threads that we were both headed for with the sole intention of bringing up his Herrera problems.
