Before everybody go crazy take a second to think, first I said at a full 147
I always looked at Mayweather as a true 140 fighter, but know with his metabolism slowing he's strong and grown in to a full 147 fighter that might explain why he couldn't make the 145 the marquez fight was at, but now he looks like a strong 147.

Pacman beat up Cotto at 145, didn't fully finish him, and what makes me think Cotto wasn't at full strength us the two left hooks Pacman took to the jar from cotto when he was on the ropes. I don't care who you are if a full 147 Cotto throws Two flush hooks on your jar you should be staggered, cotto had full extension on them.

You can even agrue Cotto dropped an off balance Clottey at 147 and took some of Clottey's best shots. Everytime Clottey hit Pacman which was few, he rocked his head back.

Now know one would agrue that Mosley is the hardest hitter at 147, with the best chin at 147. Pacman fans love Nazeem, and it was Nazeem who said Mosley could knock out animals at 147, other than that right hand it looked Mayweather who's accuracy and power could knock out farm animals,

i think Pacman is faster than Floyd and we know speed = power,
but Floyd is a True 147 with power, accuracy, and speed which trumps pacman's power.

Also this is not another post about who would win the fight, because frankly there are to many post on that and unless the fight is signed we shouldn't keep bringing it up. This post is about who would bring the most power to the fight at 147

only fight Pacman had at 147 is Clottey and I'm not gonna say he didn't have power cause clottey didn't trade, but even at 145 we could question Cotto being drained and below his weight and we know dela hoya was drained

mayweather Rocked an iron chin Mosley, and even if you think he was old overnight, let me remind you that fighters like hollyfield and Foreman stayed with iron chins way after their prime.

So who hits harder at 147 EB family Pacman or Floyd?

    * excuse the errors I'm on my iPhone ( esb needs a iPhone app) and if I'm all over the place with my thoughts it's because I'm at work and it's late. Thanks!!!

By the way I'm playing mediator in this one I'm 50/50 not taken side just want a good discussion so don't swear at me EB family lmao.

And floyd only took 300 left hooks perfectly landed to drop ricky and have get back up.

Then at ricky's natural weight pac rips his head off.

Pac hits harder, there is no debate about this. Mosley hits harder than Pac, I believe. He is bigger, and stronger than him. Floyd took his best shots like a champ. The guy has a hell of a chin.

In my opinion, Pac's punching power has diminished significantly since he went up in weight. His success has mainly come from throwing fast punches that his opponent's do see and land right on the button.

He still hits hard but nowhere near as hard (in a P4P sense) as he did @130 and below. His punches still probably hurt like hell even against a welterweight, but none of the bone crunching 1 shot KO power he had at the lower weights where all it took was 1 flush straight left, regardless if the opponent sees it or not.

So I have no problem thinking that Floyd right now hits harder than Pac, Floyd looked really strong against Shane and I have no doubt he'll be physically much stronger against Pac. But Floyd isn't the kind of fighter to fully commit to his power shots. So even if Floyd hits harder, you're still more likely to see devastating results from Pac simply because of their styles.

At first I thought this post said Mosley hit harder than Pac at 147 (which I would believe), but Mayweather...nah.

Cotto took Mosley's best shots a little better than he did Pac's; granted, Pac landed more than Mosley was able to.

It's pretty clear that Pac's a much bigger puncher than FMJ.

look, pac probably does hit harder than may at 147, but since pac has only had two fights at 147, it's hard to prove or disprove
