ring should not remove him. just put him lower than donaire and martinez at #4. these two guys might be p4p better than floyd at this moment.

Benefit of a doubt. It's hard to doubt his talent and difficult to gauge his ability with how often he fights but he's still Floyd Mayweather Jr so all you can really discount is his activity level.

 

I don't rank him anymore. If he ever comes back he should face ortiz, pac, cotto or martinez. Minimum.

 

If Floyd comes back soon, Ortiz is a good pick for a few reasons; it's a tune-up against a Southpaw, its a young kid but not overly young, he's exciting, he's got talent- speed, power, skills- and he's a newly established welter who can obviously handle the weight.

It seems if he fights Ortiz with the intention of fighting Pac next, everybody wins.

It might be one of Floyd's top five wins to be honest.
