I dont know if Mayweather has the power to ko McGregor, can see mayweather hurting him but not winning by ko imo.

 

The one cool thing about this is that TMT is doing the undercard which almost ensures cool matchups including Tank & Jack. It's also cool that no other mma fighter is on the undercard. So if there are two world title fights on the undercard - there's been worse ppvs!

 

I know that it's a ridiculous mismatch but i will still watch it, the build up should be some what entertaining and i am a fan of floyd so i will watch it and enjoy him embarrassing mcgregor and if they can get badou jack and gervonta davis on the undercard it will make it a bit more worth watching. It will be pretty hard not to watch it with everyone on social media beoming boxing experts it will be hard to avoid it.

 

I'm so hoping Conor KO's him. I know it's about the same chance as winning the lottery, but still. Floyd is 40+ gooooo old age!!!

I can confirm I won't be watching this shower of shite. I'll wake up, read on the news that McGregor got schooled in a boring 12 round sparring session, bunk the mrs, make a brew and watch Cotto-Kamegai instead

 

The problem with that is that the world would see mcgregor is not even a British level boxer & the con is over before it even starts.

 

I wont be staying up late and buying this. Tbf if it was shown on an evening time here in the uk, (im assuming its early morning) and the undercard was redhot, then id probably buy it. But the undercard would have to be bordering ppv on its own and i cant see that happening.
We all know this is a money spinner from floyd but worse of all is hd doesnt need the money. Hes been on tecord before stating he recieves a mil a month just ftom some of his investments.
Mcgregor dont stand a chance. Probably area level at best

 

It's definitely a mismatch and I do see Floyd embarrassing McGregor. I can't see it going any other way. Some of the undercard, presumably with the likes of Jack and Davis, I will watch those fights in the weeks after the fight - just not the main event. The build up is going to be impossible to avoid. Already today on Sky Sports News it was one of their main news stories.

 

Too big of a risk to endanger this payday. The problem is he would easily get knocked out by a Boxrec #100 nobody when using boxing rules.

 

Well if he did he'd lose and the fight wouldn't happen
