To be honest, I couldn't care less about this fight. Floyd is retired and could go on to fight bozo the clown if he wanted to... but to have this fight counted as a professional 'bout, to have people think that this fight is remotely competitive, to have, like someone said before, have the f*cking WBC behind it saying it's for a belt... yeah, I think a few people are going to have a problem with this.

And who's this "half the world" that asked for this fight? I understand that this is entertainment and again, Floyd can do what he wants with his retirement. But, this is everything but boxing...

Maybe it's the boxing purist in me, maybe it's the fact that their crossing over 2 entirely different sport....

But, you will never convince me that this is something real boxing fans should get excited about...

Well, I usually get most ppv's. I like boxing and unlike some around here I don't mind paying small amounts of money to watch fights I wish to see.

I'm no fan of Floyd and I know this thing is a farce but if there is a demand for it there is a demand for it. Floyd doesn't care about what the fans think, if he can make this easy money against a guy with zero chance he will squeeze it for every penny that he can. Personally, they are not getting my dime and I don't think this farce, er, fight will sell anything like they are projecting but they have every right to try to make it happen. Besides, every dark cloud has a silver lining and the fact that this may just make Oscar's head blow up makes it more tolerable to me
