Mayweather/McGregor Fight Discussion

Theres been some of Aj fights i didnt buy on ppv and i didnt buy jnrs last one.
If this had of been a tenner i would probably of bought it as i regulary by 24hrs on now tv to watch the sky shows and thats 7 qid.
Its not about the money, obviously i can afford an extra 7qid its the principle in the situation.
To me its worth a tenner but not 17

 

I dont drink alcohol and very rarely go to bars. There is a bar round by us where the lads go if theres boxing but by the time im done a few bottles of j20 can be near on a tenner and im not in the comfort of my own home. Im not really interested in going to a bar to watch it.

 

Yet he still can't pay his taxes but calls himself 'Money'.

 

Supply and demand. Theres a demand for ppv fights. You keep banging this drum and yet more and more broadcasters are going ppv.

It works. People accept it.

Wonder when trolls will get that into their heads.

I don't know anything about Conor McGregor... Is he a welterweight in MMA? Didn't he fight Diaz at middleweight or some ****? Don't they have less weight classes? What's the difference between Bellator and UFC?

 

Can you really see floyd creaming millions of fans for 100 dollars a piece and people ringside paying 100s of thousands of dollars for seats,then stinking the place out ?

We saw a genuine 50/50 fight on Channel 5 on Sat without PPV and this is the way forward once the mugs see the light, in 90% of cases, the PPV fights are shyte.

Welterweight is like 156-170lbs or something in mma. McGregor fought at 168 for the Diaz fight. His last fight he was just over 154.

Bellator is an Mma promotional company like UFC. They have their own champions etc. fighters are signed to contracts for a few fights, if they don't do well they'll likely get cut and have to go to a lower promotional company.

 

Are you daft? I wouldn't be surprised if Mayweather KISSED Connor for all the money they stand to make. All the trash talking is just for show.

 

Eubank Abraham will be a complete and utter PPV flop.
