Golden Boy and HBO should have done more research and kept up better with current events.

Everybody and their mama knew Floyd/McG was going to happen this year. Everybody and their mama knows Floyd fights on Mexican Independence Day weekend in mid-September and speaks a great deal about it.

Golden Boy and HBO have nobody to be mad at other than themselves.

I don't think this fight will affect the Canelo/Golovkin PPV negatively.

Anybody who WAS going to buy that fight is a big boxing fan or a big fan of either Canelo or Golovkin.

Mayweather/McG happening will not make people say, "oh, OK, I'll skip out on Canelo/Golovkin to order this instead." And if someone did say or think that, than they were never going to buy Canelo/Golovkin in the first place.

However, in the event that Mayweather/McG somehow ends up delivering wild entertainment, it could make folks at a casual party say, "hey, lets do this again in 3 weeks?"

Yea they have to be mad cuz they didnt do it in 2016 but thats it.

Everyone knows that you dont put the two biggest PPVs of the year...3 weeks apart...wtf. Its not logical because the 2nd will get less buys than normal.

You dont think thats the case ? Lol

It will affect PPV buys of the Sep 16 no doubt. First one cost 100$ and has a good chance of ending up a boring fight and thus dissapointing casual fight fans. You think that those people might pay 70$ for another PPV in 3 weeks.

The latinos will buy for sure...the hardcores also....but the casual fans that maybe buy 1 PPV a year, they wont, cuz they did that a few weeks before

Like I said its gonna affect the HBO PPV. If you didnt otherwise you're wrong.
Only thing uncertain is how much is it gonna affect it ?

Canelo vs Chavez did 1 M....you know that Canelo vs GGG does more than that....with marinating properly the fight it can reach 2M...so we'll see...if it does less than Canelo Chavez, we'll speak again Nonito

Mcgregor will mature when he's been in the game for more than a couple years. Unless he becomes irrelevant before then.

I've seen a lot of comments on Facebook and twitter and YouTube etc saying that mcgregor 'won' the first of four press conferences in LA, but for me mayweather took him to pieces, mcgregor looked like he was gonna cry at one point and he just didn't know what to say. It was great to see pretty boy Floyd come back last night, I've never seen someone shut Conor mcgregor up so am looking forward to tonight's press conference.
    Thoughts?

The article is sharing a link between aggression, wit and humour. You don't have any charisma, hence why anyone rarely pays attention to you, so this wouldn't make sense to you.

    Read again.

Professor Shuster believes humour develops from aggression caused by male hormones.

''At 11-13 years, the boys began to get really aggressive. Into puberty, the aggression became more marked, then it changed into a form of joke. The men were snide."

''The initial aggressive intent seems to become channelled into a more subtle and sophisticated joke, so the aggression is hidden by wit, explained Professor Shuster.''

Charisma can be defined through magnetism, humour, charm, and leadership. All things which come through the hormones of the body. If you have high testosterone you will naturally display leadership qualities through being assertive and quick in thought as testosterone directly inluences mental functions, as it increases both dopamine and neurogenesis in the hippocampus

I will ask again, show me a weak old man with low testosterone who has charisma and I will concede that what me and the scientists have declared is false?

The fight is what counts, Conor is not afraid of anyone, much less Void, however, this fight is prefabricated, they both know their roles in this farce............

lol yeah it was an interesting set up to say the least but at the end of the day this is an event and i will be watching all the build up as well as all the other boxing, i'm not gonna boycott because it's a mismatch, it will be a spectacle.

I did not watch it myself however, I understand why they watch the Press Conf., it is FREE ! That doesn't mean though that they will pay $100 PPV to see the actual fight. imo:pesas:

I cant be bothered honestly. Ill likely end up watching it later, but I'm not participating in this over priced circus act. Im not a big fan of either fighter and I already know the sure outcome.
