    It improves recovery time between rounds. It lowers Lactic acid in muscle so you can punch for long before tiring, and will improve punching power. What I have just said there is a fact. I have experienced it myself. I know I can not convince you of what I have,mor have not done over the Internet. Next time you try a sport, or if you are already trying a sport, try taking a PH correct creatine for only two weeks, you will notice a big difference very quickly.

    I am very certain all boxers of all weight division will use creatine. It was recommend in a UK boxing training magazine in 2007 when I used to buy them. I have seen pictures on Instagram of boxers with protein, vitamins, creatine etc in the background. They do take it it gives them a large benifit, so no reason not to take it.

    He did have great stamina, he was never stopped, well not till the very end. Although I've never watched that fight, I refuse to. But still, that doesn't mean he couldn't gain another 2 or 5% (if you could put a number on it).

    Jesse Owens ran a 10.3 in Berlin, he was the best of his generation, could he run even quicker today? I would say almost certainly.

    Ive been around loads of creatine uses and their stamina in the ring has been terrible.

    There's a reason McGregor said Floyd's beefed up security guards would be gassed out after running up and down the stage.

    Why would you be beefed up? You could beef up if you wanted to on creatine, or you could use it for endurance alone without gaining any weight at all. You don't understand creatine, and you are just going to disagree with whatever I say anyway.

    It is a interning subject. You should read more about it, and give it a try just so you understand it.

    So why is everybody not on an even playing field then if taking creatine maxes out your endurance?

    Why is there cases of one fighter having a better work rate and better stamina than the other fighter?

    Creatine does nothing for fighting fitness as i already told you it fills the muscles with water. A boxers muscles need oxygen not water. David Haye was artificially bulked up and its a major reason why he never had great stamina.

    It has an effect on anaerobic endurance and boxing is an anaerobic sport, so it increases endurance.

    "Why is there cases of one fighter having better stamina than another fighter" It improves you muscular endurance, it does not make everyone the same, never said it did. It improves every single person by a very noticeable amount.

    "Creatine does nothing for fighting fitness, it fills the muscle with water." Already answered this in previous comments, and you are completely wrong about the water part when it comes to PH correct creatines.

    I have no idea why you want to make a big argument of this. From all you comments so far you have shown you have no knowledge of creatine, never used it, and you have no interest in learning from someone that does know what they are taking about.

    I've been doing some work with an MMA fighter , and was impressed with his fitness and ability to wrestle , kick , standup for5 minuite rnds ,,, HOWEVER , when we took it all away and made him use two weapons only , , punching combined with moving , wether on pads or bag at an intense rate , his fitness drops , the speed work we do increased his speed output tremendously , but knackers him , full time boxers handle that easily . Given that he's a athlete in real good shape its not taking long for his PUNCH fitness to get there , bUT IF MGREGOR IS IN CHARGE OF CAMP AND NOT ALLOWING A fyulltime BOXING COACH TO BE IN CHARGE OF HIM ,, he will gas .

    I may have actually confused him for someone else and incorrectly labeled him a Floyd fan, I am not certain. All these screen names and stupid opinions start to run together after a while. I think he may have been the guy who said Miocic was on the level of Timmay as a U.F.C champ though.

    My words clearly resonated far more with him than his did me. I guess now i have to be on the look out for a poster names knobgobbality.
