Um, dude, I called him "Conner" because it's a play on words. As in, he's conning us. His actual name is "Conor".

Also, Floyd's going to "beat the brakes" off of him, not the "breaks".

    My comprehension is 100% ;)

You should go put the house on McGregor. You clearly know something the rest of us don't. ;)

No Conor will not land a punch, unless it's in the script!

Not just the trash talk, but especially after he aired his strong view that the fight was a complete joke and then when the fight gets announced, immediately puts himself forward to help spar and train an enemy to the sport of boxing.

Both sides formally submitted their requests for 8 oz gloves. NSAC is going to hear each sides case for wanting 80z gloves and then going to vote on it. I hope they fight in 80z.

On the other hand, we both know that any kind of controversial publicity drawing attention increases sales.

So the very real possibility that Malignaggi has been guaranteed a cut of the proceeds if he participates in a well choreographed debacle is also a viable likelihood.

After all, Mayweather is borrowing all the hoopla that goes on in promoting professional wrestling matches which employs elaborate schemes involving disputes between fighters in order to advertise.

So Mallignaggi might want to appear dumb and not be as dumb as he might want us to think. After all, his fight evaluations as announcer are 100% lucid. So why suddenly the crass irrationality?

It did cross my mind that he is taking us all for a ride, but I just don't think he is that good an actor.

The thing that struck me with his interviews he's done recently, is he sounded just like your friend would sound when they've fallen out with someone, they start getting it all off their chest, every little thing that irked them, probably exaggerating little bits here and there, but that is exactly what Paulie sounded like. I reckon Paulie was exaggerating some stuff, like about being put up in a 'crack house' when he was complaining about the state of it, saying McGregor is cheap, but that is exactly what people do when they fall out with someone, they find every little thing to nitpick with.

If it is an act, Paulie has got it spot on, and I doff my cap to him, he should get a job in hollywood, but no, I don't think so... but Mayweather and McGregor at the press conference... now that is acting!

Paulie ia working with showtime, has good relationship with Floyd. Now he is suddenly sparring Conor. It's a big family all together.

and people said Pac fight was a scam. Floyd even admitted he owes to the public. Conor is perfect for Floyd,in every way possible. Floyd TKO's Conor, but as gentleman agreement doesn't humiliate Conor completely.

or maybe Conor does the impossible,Floyd takes 10-20% cut from futute Conor fights.

money rules the world.so we should not count out any of the options.

i'm sure now we are going to see fireworks in Floyd fight. But it's all scripted WWE style.

And it's called the money fight. Those ****ers are set for generations. I don't give them anymore money. Especially
because they cheat the money out of you.

He said in the interview that McGregor got him rounds 1-5 and then Poly came on rounds 6-10, and McGregor came on rounds 11-12. I know Poly is not close to Floyd's level, but my only worry for Floyd is that Floyd may not have the power to gain McGregor's respect, which means that Floyd is going to have to work extremely hard to win the fight, which could be difficult for a 40 year old man.

I realize that Floyd is the favorite, but I think people need to give Floyd the respect he deserves for beating this guy because he's still fighting a guy that will outweigh him by at least 20 lbs on fight night, and is a long southpaw with power.

    Why?

Conrad McFadden has never boxed a single professional round. Or amateur for that matter.

Let's move this crap into the main Floyd/Conor thread.

    Nothing to discuss here.
