Anyways it should be an interesting bout. McGregor is massive and brings that awkward MMA style. Not to mention Floyd is in his 40's. If McGregor can use a Horn/Porter like tactic he could definitely giev Floyd issues. Also don't lie about him never boxing amateur, he was a national amateur champion.

Good. Floyd needs to be sparring big guys like Spence who I think has the right style for Floyd to be up against. Spence will fight in the trenches and I think Floyd needs to be prepared for trench warfare as McGregor will try to hit Floyd on the break, hit him behind the head, and really try to bully him when he is up close.

Floyd needs to spar, heavy, hard hitting southpaws with reach. If he can find guys like that, he should be prepared for anything McGregor can throw at him. Floyd should consider maybe bringing Danny Jacobs in his camp too.

 

Those guys aren't big enough. Floyd needs to call Danny Jacobs and have him switch hit in sparring.

Fluid has power. He just uses it sparingly because of his brittle hands and he doesn't like to get into exchanges. He likes to make you miss and pop you with a counter and get out.

I saw Don Curry wearing 4 ounce gloves when he beat Colin Jones both those fighters would have knocked Conner out wearing those gloves and Floyd has said he is going for the knockout, don`t forget he fought on the front foot against Canelo (a power puncher) and Mosely, I feel going after Conner with 4 ounce gloves will produce a knockout for Mayweather because it could add to his punch.

 

Just checked and they are both asking for 8 ounce gloves.

 

Why would smaller gloves favor McGregor anyways he's not gonna land anything clean on mayweathers face
