    I saw it in a couple of sites too. But just the info that the place is booked nothing else officially. Well if this **** happens I am pretty sure Conor will be DQ'ed. He will miss some punches cause we all secretly know what a defence Floyd has and then Conor gets pissed off and uses a knee or whatever.

    Hope these guys are getting guarantees, cause I don't think the market for it is as big as they think. Floyd turned off countless boxing fans with the Pacquaio farce and I'm not sure mma fans will pay big money to see Conor get pitty-patted to death by Fleeing Floyd.     Maybe boxing too, we don't know. I give him the edge on stamina, which is a weapon Floyd uses against his opponents. McGregor is bigger and stronger when punching. Plus McGregor has a solid chin and he is a southpaw. If Floyd overlooks that then he will be put to sleep by a MMA guy.

    Congrulations to the both of them as this is guna be stupidly lucrative. A hell of a shame that this farce will count as his 50th fight and go on his record.

    lol funny thing is the exact same thought crossed my mind a few minutes after writing that post.

    It would be absolutely hilarious if Conor somehow managed to pull off a miracle and won.

    If it does come off I wonder how many rounds they will opt for? I say 6 or 8 max.

    They should have 2 fights, 1 under straight boxing rules, the other under MMA rules. That would be fair.

    I don't. As someone who's followed his entire career stamina has been his Achilles heel when dragged late into fights. As both fights with Diaz clearly display.

    Yep. this isn't any real fight, nor one anyone should really take serious. It's a boxer versus a Kangaroo, Holmes verses Butterbean, Manute Bol versus Fridge....

    A money grab that anyone and everyone can ignore if they are so upset over it.

    Yes Conor doesn't have great stamina at all. He's a fantastic athlete and he hits hard and has great accuracy but his stamina isn't great at all.

    Agreed, but I think this will damage both sports (boxing and MMA) if it happens.

    Conor losing clearly will hurt the UFC's image, and the boring-ness of the fight will discourage MMA fans from boxing.
