You're right. That's exactly what he did. That guy doesn't have a clue about how to score a fight.

 

I scored it 120-107 for Mosley... because I scored the 2nd round 10-8 for Mosley!!! lol

First two for Shane then Floyd won them all.

 

Remember Larry Holmes fights with Carl Williams? I've heard so many opinions on this fight. Some say-

Holmes lost or Holmes won, but I've also heard that the fight was close or that the fight could have went either way. I've heard that the fight should have been a draw.

A fight can be close but the scorecard can still be lopsided. I scored almost every round for Holmes but I also felt that Williams was competitive in every round. Some of the rounds really "could have went either way" but I always gave Holmes the close rounds. Come on, I was 10 1/2 years old!

Remember Johnston vs. Manfredy? I thought Manfredy fought the best fight of his career and was competitive every round. I also had Johnston winning almost every round. Somebody else may have scored it very close.

My point is that I honestly felt that some of the rounds were close last night and could have been scored 10-10... very few agree with me though.

That's how I'm scoring from now on. If there is no clear winner/knockdowns/point deductions/etc. for the round, I'm scoring 10-10.

good post ha. and very good point. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PRESSURE? After the second round Mosely just got dominated, it's like he just gave up and was unsure of himself.

The first round was close I had Mosley winning it by a hair with some nice jabbing. I wasn't really scoring it intensely though, just watching at a bar. The second was clearly Mosley. The rest were easy Floyd rounds.

 

He probably scored the second round as a 10-8 round.

I gave Mosley the first two rounds, and the rest to Mayweather. 118-110.

 

Mosley took the first two rounds, but that's only because Mayweather was sleep walking out there.

As soon as Mosley hit him clean, it was game over.

Mosley was fighting floyd's kind of fight in the 1st round, but I gave him the round. At first I gave it to Floyd since Mosley was fighting Floyd's kind of fight from the very start. I don't remember Floyd doing very much in the 1st though?

Then Floyd had one of his rare moments in his career where he was openly hurt in the 2nd, so no doubt about who this round went to.

118-110 is right.

Two judges don't agree with me, so they have it at 119-109. They gave Floyd the 1st since Mosley was in Floyd's fight.

There was also that one round where Mosley landed 0% of his punches.
