I don't understand what Floyd gains from admitting that the 38 year old, 16 month inactive fighter that he is about to fight also has a style that is tailor made for him

Its like he's doing a Freddie Roach impersonation

    Yes and no.

I see your point, but he's reaffirming why he's the best and why no one can touch him.

Mosley has trouble with boxers that com forward and that have a much longer reach than him. Floyd is going to move backward and he isnt 3 or 4 inches taller than Shane with a huge reach advantage. This will be interesting to watch. Floyd is WAY more skilled as a fighter than Winky and Vernon(RIP) so maybe that will be his advantage rather than reach and height.

Both Winky and Vernon were taller, but neither had a reach advantage over Mosley. Mosley has incredibly long arms. He's listed at 74" reach while Forrest is 73" and Winky is 72". Mayweather is 72" as well. Note also that Cotto, with a 67" reach, was able to outjab Mosley and frequently beat him to the punch and effectively counter, also while moving backwards.

I don't think Mosley was at his best when he lost to Cotto. Wright and Forest however are both very good boxers.

I think Floyd just indicated his gameplan for this fight which is to purely BOX on the outside and not get caught.Mosley is going to allow May to do so. But once May puts his back on the ropes that's when Mosely has to make it relevant. He has to wipe May's smirk off his face. Not many has done that on Mayweather and he counters quick on and is off the ropes beautiful. There is opportunity for Mosley there and it only takes one punch and I feel Mosley is good enough to do so.I believe Mosely is the strongest fighter FLOY has ever fought and I think Floy will run once he gets cracked proper.

Mosleys reach is not a factor though. And Cotto, though he fought off his back foot toward the end, barely scraped out with a victory. Mosley was dominated by the other two.

What if Mosely agreed to throw the fight to get Void to sign?

LOL Then that would make Void happy and say Mosley ducked him.

That is correct, if DLH had kept throwing jabs it would have been an easy win over Mayweather. In his preparatory fight against Forbes for the rematch, DLH threw jabs for 12 concecutives rounds. It was clear that DLH had corrrected his mistake but Mayweather backed out from the rematch.

Mayweather would not be able to handle Winky`s jab. Just see what happen when DLH used his jab against Maywearher. He did not know what to do.

No. It was on a split decision. Then Mayweather backed out from the rematch.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr is 40-0 but such as Mayweather, he has not been
    in real challenges yet.
