    man..r u that slow????

THEY COULD HAVE STILL GOTTEN TESTED UP UNTIL THE DAY OF THE FIGHT....

ITS ALL RANODM..WHO KNOWS..PAC MIGHT GET LUCKY AND USADA WONT BLOOD TEST HIM AFTER THAT 14TH DAY...BUT DONT THINK THAT FLOYD IS THE ONE WHO IS IN CONTROL..THATS UP TO USADA IF THEY WANNA CHANGE THEIR POLICIES..

Pac wants a guarantee that no blood testing is done after x date, not any testing period. They'll still be able to conduct urine tests, and a blood test after the fight.

    :patsch

That is exactly the point. It won't happen with the USADA. So Pac will use this as a BS excuse to fight Margarito in a Cheater's Match.

Also Pac said "as long as it is not too much blood". What does that mean? Again, this won't happen with the USADA because not only do they take a testing sample they hold your blood for FUTURE testing in case new information comes out.

Pac is a COMPLETE fraud!

This is the problem Gander. You don't understand what you are talking about but it doesn't stop you from arguing with passion. It is sad actually.

They can use a different agency then. Shaefer / Floyd said in the past that they don't care who conducts the testing as long as it's random.

I sure as hell hope so. I just don't think that it will happen because FMJ has popped USADA cherry. He (like all of us) didn't know anything about the testing when this started. Like anything in life after you endure it and you see, "Hey that was no big deal!" You are willing to deal with it again.

Pac is trying to play the same games that left Mayweather on a course of career disaster. It is now USADA or no way. Pac has set a irreversable chain of events into motion. The ONLY fix is for Pac to submit, which I doubt. You do know that Margarito turned down a bout with Martinez right? Think about it. :think

(Gander man sorry if I come across harsh. I am just having fun on the net. I talk smack, but I don't mean it "personally". I just love conflict! :thumbsup)

^ If Mayweather really wants the fight, he'll agree to a 14 day cut off; and if the USADA won't go for it, they can use another agency. There shouldn't be a problem with that. Even if Pac was taking PED's there no way in hell he'd get any substantial benefit in a week of PED use.

I do. Look at the position Mayweather was left in last time Pac flaked?

What Plan B does Pac have this time? Margarito. A solid fight that will easily generate 500K+ buys. Probably closer to a million.

What Plan B does Mayweather have? None. He is a co-promoter with GBP. He doesn't have a WW on tap that would not cause him ridicule AND not bust up GBP money. Berto, no. Nobody thinks he would win and it would kill the future of GBP. Martinez is huge. Bradley or Alexander are good, but way too small. Mayweather will be left like he was the first time. Between a rock and a hard place.

Gander it has moved beyond testing. This is more about "security". The problem with negotiating and fighting is that negotiations take time and time is a fighters WORST enemy. One fight falling apart can put a fighter out of work for 2-6 months longer than anticipated and that is a SHORT estimate.

Mayweather is intelligent. He has played this game once. He won't play again. Pac has boxed himself out. :bart

So blood testings ended 18/19 days respectively.

No wonder, he said he wasn't worried about the 24/14 day cut offs. This should make negotiations easier now. 14 days is seen as a good cut off date for both fighters. WE HAVE A FIGHT

i watched 24/7 amd i guess they used sme new technology and some brilliant editing to make t seem like they were tested throughout not just the first week and a half the cameras were rolling

According to that answer looks like both fighters can easily be accommodated using the USADA.

The problem is if Pac will allow himself to be "legally" unprotected during his 14 day window?:think

You know what would be hilarious? You get Pac and FMJ at the weigh-in doing their thing, and then while on the scales, USADA busts in all of a sudden for another round of random testing and both fighters are like WTF?

For the slow people, lets go over this slowly.

There was NO Cut-off. A cut-off is that after a certain date they cannot take any more tests, this was NOT a cut-off. unknown to the fighters the USADA decided NOT to test anyone 18 days before the fight, but they had the RIGHT to test any time during that time period. I repeat there was NO CUT-OFF, if they chose to they could have tested both men 1 day before the fight, 1 week before the fight, or 18 hours before the fight. So, no this doesn't change **** or make Arum/Pacquiao right.
