Mayweather-Mosley will be one-sided and will NOT break PPV records

So do you have the explanation why Manny DIDN'T pick Mosley? Williams? Margarito? Collazo?

    Just shut this crap up!

Never did I say Shane is a one-punch puncher, but he certainly has the power and ability to KO any opponent with a one properly placed and timed punch. And I'm not certainly sure if Floyd's chin has really ever been tested yet.

    Shane by KO.

I think Floyd wins easily. Mosley is past it.

    Agreed on all accounts.

The only way I see Mosley winning is if he scores an unlikely KO or if Floyd is severely limited from an injury.

It would however be a privilege to eat crow. I just don't see the magic there this time for Shane.

mosley being a natural light weight, being beaten by natural welterweights / junior middles...big deal. talented weleters/junior middles. theres a reason floyd wouldnt have anything to do with either one of those guys, hed rather fight a old dlh or a war torn shot gatti. floyd cant hurt shane. hes no faster than shane. he isnt nearly as strong as shane. shane has fought alot better guys...kicking margaritos ass , a giant welter who has fought at 154...while mayweather feasts on featherweight champs and light welterweight champs.... pretty boy in for a long night

Well, other than the 2nd round, it was pretty one-sided though I gave Shane the opener as well, but Floyd took over and recovered quickly in the 3rd. Shane started to gas way too early and slowed down while Floyd was able to get into rhythm and landed quick, sharp punches all night.

Good job, Big Bone. You nailed it.

The promotion was a scam from jumpstreet. It was built up like Hagler-Hearns but behind the wrapper was Ali-Holmes.

  9. So, I don't understand...you don't give Floyd much credit for this win? It's tainted to you? What?

They wouldn't give Floyd credit for any win, nothing new. If he dominates Pac, they'll say he was too big and would lose at 135lb to him or some random crap.

After the second round do we assume Floyd > than some random farm animal of the same weight? :think

BS sources report about 1.2 million PPV buys for Mayweather-Mosley, which is about the number I predicted (I said the final report will be a "rounded" 1.5 which could still happen). Either way it shows that Floyd & 24/7 alone does not generate millions of buys plus it was a mega-fight with a big name (Mosley), so it's possible that 24/7 & Floyd's name only brought 7-800.000, which is far from his own expectations.

It also shows the consumer carefully chooses what to buy and 1.2 is still a very good number, but the record-breaker can only be Mayweather-Pacquiao.

Of course we're gonna have to wait for the "final numbers" however accurate the press release will be.

Hold your horses. It will take a week for the numbers to come back. Anything above 1.5 ppv buys is a huge success, especially as mosley has never been a ppv draw.

Hahaha, I got VERY VERY close, didn't I? (HBO just released a rounded 1.4M)
