What other reason is there? Pac's saying yes to everything and were's Mayweather? Nowhere to be seen or heard. Why??? I cant think of one good reason apart from fear of getting a beating off Pacman.

Pac still hasn't agreed to full random testing as acknowledged by his own camp

Hopefully it will be sorted by next week

You don't get to be one of the top 2 boxers in the world by beating scared. Floyd has no doubt in his mind he would beat Pacquiao. Pacquiao also has no doubt in his mind that he would beat Floyd.

I think Floyd knows PAc has what it takes to beat him, and he legit thinks Manny is on PED's of some sort. Say he loses, and later in his life Pacquiao admits to using something - Floyd won't get the loss taken off his record. So few fighters have finished their careers unblemished, and Floyd wants to be certain Pac is clean.

I didn't call anyone a ******* or *****, so i'm pretty sure this will just get read over....

His father for sure but for Mayweather Jr. we don't know, hell, even his father doesn't have a clue what he's thinking right now.

No way to be certain, OSDT doesn't catch everything. I do agree that neither fighter is scared of the other.

If we want to face facts, then only Floyd Sr is afraid of the Pac.
Floyd, the intelligent businessman that he is, is still probably calculating the ripple effect of losing a fight with Pac to his "business", that is if it's worth the risk or not.
His recent actions clearly states it's not... well at least not yet.

Saying Pac is ducking anyone tho is utter ignorance.
Tell you what, go visit Pac's hometown and believe me, even the gayest dude from his town wouldn't back down on you even though you are 250lbs of lean muscle.
It's his promoters/coach/handlers that's playing games with the media.

I think this is the reason why the fight still not happening. The middlemen are trying all hard they can to have the leverage in the negotation. Boxing politics getting dirtier as the time goes by. :-(

Yeah. Floyd's ***** started hurting again when he saw Pac take Margarito's punches real well.

There's absolutely no doubt that Mayweather's reluctant to face Pacquiao and it's been like that from the very start, not just his latest vacation.

The OSDT demands were smoke & mirrors to keep people side tracked and focused on issues that hide his deep insecurity about facing Manny.

We should be having a rematch by now and although Floyd is the more talented and skilled fighter, therefore should beat Pacquiao, somehow Mayweather has lingering doubts about the result...
