Maybe you should go back and read through some of the previous threads and get the facts. Floyd's camp had already proposed the 14 days before and during the mediation. Arum has already admitted this. All the facts are in favor of Floyd trying to make the fight while Manny did everything in his power not to make the fight.

 

floyd came up with the 14 AFTER mediation ended. too late.

Pac knew even if he agreed to 14, fraud would ahve just concocted another hurdle to block the fight and make it look like Pac. So PAc moved on.

floyd's other hurdles to block the fight: Pac has to call me out (done), Pac has to agree to Marc 13 (done), when those two bluffs got called then he used the steroids card. he dind't want the fight. liarweather only proved he's a liar. too bad so many of his fans believe his lies.

only pac fans see it otherwise, especially when you consider that 14 day cut off is perfectly acceptable especially when floyd himself would also be undergoing the same testing and trains just as hard as pac so there is absolutely no excuses as to not accept that cut off.

 

And early on Roach said like 5 days would've been acceptable. This was all just posturing and game playing by Arum. I really doubt Manny knew EVERYTHING that was going on.
