Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on his technique on the heavy bag.. He is very stationary with his feet but throws a mixture of light/hard punches for a long time.. Is this because of his hand problems in the past or is the main focus increasing his stamina? I notice andre ward does the same thing but others like hopkins treat the heavy bag like an actual opponent and move around a lot..
