I will take back the ***** title i previously bestowed upon Ortiz because I actually like Ortiz. That was a *****-ass move he pulled in the fight with all the headbutts, but I respect Ortiz for what he went through as a child, who he is as a person, and as a fighter. Still doesnt change the fact that his brain is made of tree bark.


On a side note, I dont recall Floyd ever quitting in a fight, have you? :think

 

When he sucker punched Ortiz I count that as quitting.. He wanted out of the fight. He knew Victor was about to tap that ass and he ended it with a cheap shot.. Make that multiple cheap shots. Twas a ***** move... :hi:

So how do you explain the sequence of headbutts leading up to the mother of all headbutts? That was a blatant cheap shot and a ***** move. All Floyd did was follow the rules, which is:

A) Fight after the break

B) Protect yourself at all times

Tell me something, if that scenario was turned around, would you be mad at Ortiz? Would you think he was wrong? Would you think Mayweather deserved it? Please give me an honest reply, because I would bet every dollar to my name that you wouldnt be nearly as upset, nor would you condemn Ortiz for doing so as you are Mayweather.


And how in the world did you come up to the conclusion that Mayweather wanted out of that fight? Tell me what happened in that fight that would make Floyd want to quit? You act as if Ortiz was treating Floyd the way Pac treated Marg or something. Ortiz landed a few good shots, and missed a lot more. I admit that it was more competitive than a lot of people seem to think, but by no means was Ortiz remotely winning the fight or doing anything that Mayweather never seen before. Mayweather had tougher fights with the likes of Castillo, Hatton, De La Hoya, Augustus, Judah, etc...he didnt quit then, so why in the hell would he quit against Ortiz?
