why is there no closing narration any more? i always though they were epic and really made you want to watch the next one
Give the fighters more airtime to talk? Ortiz does have the most interesting life story so far out of everyone that's been on the show.
Why do you need narrations when the fighters themselves are coming out with some epic **** like..... "I'm literally a tree, bro"..... "I'm a gorilla, I'm a dawg"....."Get the **** out my gym, ******"....."Come put me out, mother****er"....."I'm gettin' a sammie. It's chicken"....."A salmon? That's a fish, Roger".
I have to admit i've found them both embarrassing in this series of 24/7. Mayweather doesn't have to think about what comes out his mouth cause all his bum boys lap it up like its genius anyway. No wonder he talks so much ****. He doesn't have a realistic gauge on whether it sounds good or not. Victor Ortiz, i dont know what is up with him. I loved his story on ring life and how he composed himself usually although a little awkward. But now he just doesnt seem to know how to carry himself under such spotlight. I mean if he manages inside the ring who cares but he's acting fecking strange the now.
Yeah I want more ending narration too, the first episode didn't need it though since it neded to fit everything in. Impovements I'd make: More focus on boxing and highlighting Floyd's trouble with southpaws More trash talk from Floyd (running scene was a good start) Ortiz needs to stop pointing to him being an orphan in every scene. Matter a fact, Ortiz should talk more crap also. Show more training footage And....... Floyd needs to show the signed contract and maybe the outfit again for Pacquiao :deal
I know some will disagree, but i am kind of bored with ortiz `s life story. Yes its sad, but its been said in both episodes. Lets move on and stick to trash talking, boxing, sparring footage, and the other Mayweather Family other than Floyd who in my opinion are great entertainment.
24/7 jumped the shark years ago. I do still watch, because tbh I'll watch pretty much any boxing-related programming. Doesn't mean it couldn't be improved.
That dude's narration is the corniest ****ing thing about the 24/7 show. I'm tired of the cheesy way the narrator tries to deliver his life lessons at the end of each episode. The more that guy shuts the **** up, the better.
Somebody tell Ortiz to **** off with his life story. We dont give a **** anymore. Mayweather and 50 Cent pretending the money they had were phones was ****in cringeworthy.
I find it funny at how Floyd claims that HBO is over doing it with Ortiz's life struggle and how he's tired of hearing about it, yet for every single one of Floyd's 24/7's, he's repeated the same nonsense about how much money he has and how how many have tried and how many have failed.
